SAI International has taken a pioneering role in nurturing students' interest in Science and Technology to better prepare them for the future. Effective learning, in our view, entails a combination of traditional classroom education and self-discovery. We are committed to instilling 21st-century learning skills in our students by venturing beyond textbooks into the realm of experiential learning, offering them firsthand experiences and opening doors to a vast universe of knowledge.

This year marks the highly anticipated one of India's largest school-based science and technology festival, the 7th edition of SAITED. We are thrilled to announce that it will take place on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, drawing participants from multiple schools. This event will bring together over 6000 students from more than 40 schools across the state. Its primary objective is to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education and to orient, educate, and prepare school students to become future innovators, researchers, consultants, and designers in their chosen fields.
SAITED offers students a unique opportunity to engage with distinguished experts in research, engineering, medicine, health, and technology from around the world. Through interactions with these luminaries, students can enrich themselves by delving into relevant topics that encourage them to embark on innovative scientific endeavours and think creatively. Over the years, SAITED has been graced by renowned global personalities such as TED Speaker and Scientist Prof. Lewis Dartnell in 2016, NASA Astronaut Dr. Jack D. Fischer in 2017, Eminent Scientist Prof. Aliasgar Q Contractor, and Angel Investor Dr. Srikanth Sundararajan in 2018, Former Head of Reliance Jio, Shri Sandip Das in 2019, and Dr. Prashant Mohapatra, Vice Chancellor of the University of California, Davis, in 2021.

I am also delighted to inform you that this grand event is primarily organized by students of Class XI in the Science stream. It serves as an invaluable learning platform for participants from various schools, offering extensive insights into emerging technologies and innovations across diverse fields. The event encourages interactivity and provides students with the opportunity to showcase their ideas and research projects based on the designated themes, receiving valuable guidance to enhance their work.
